As part of TD Bank’s Global Total Rewards team Sarah is fortunate to lead a team of compensation professionals as Associate Vice President. Sarah and her team are in-house consultants working with Human Resources and Business Partners to design customized compensation solutions in support of business strategy. Leveraging industry best practices, good governance and regulatory principles they ensure compensation programs and policies are competitive and can attract and retain top talent. Sarah has been privileged to be part of this team since 2002.
Sarah has had a deep personal connection to chronic pain since 2008 when her husband, Kevin Hall, was struck by a vehicle as a pedestrian. Sarah has watched the toll this debilitating disease has taken on Kevin and continues to support him in his quest to overcome the major hurdles and challenges that it continues to present. Sarah has spent time counseling family members and friends of people in pain to help bring awareness and understanding as well as volunteered her time on various programs and initiatives.
